From the centuries-old olive trees of Dianella comes Bio Dianella extra virgin olive oil, a blend of Frantoio, Leccino, and Moraiolo olives. It is a traditional oil, extremely refined with an intense flavor. The olives are hand-picked, carefully selected, and cold-pressed strictly within 24 hours of harvesting. The result is a fine yet intensely flavored oil that pairs perfectly with traditional Tuscan dishes.

Color: from deep green to golden yellow. The color evolves naturally over time.
