Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of delivery, without giving any reason (Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code). You can exercise your right of withdrawal by filling in our Withdrawal Form: your request will be sent directly to us, and you will receive a confirmation by email.

Refunds

In case of order cancellation, non-acceptance, or a valid withdrawal, the amount paid will be refunded using the same method used for the order (Credit Card, Bank Transfer, or PayPal). For details on payment and delivery terms, see our Terms of Sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you notice any damage or discrepancy upon delivery, we suggest accepting the delivery with reservation and contacting us immediately at info@villadianella.it or by phone at +39 0571 508166, so that we can verify the order and, if needed, claim compensation from the courier.
