TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Navigation data

PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS

Navigation data

The navigation data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the website, for the purpose of site security and to check its correct functioning and could be used to ascertain responsibility in the event of any computer crimes damage to the website. Their transfer abroad is not foreseen. Technical and organizational measures are adopted in order to guarantee an adequate level of security and prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access. The data provided directly by the interested party are kept for the time strictly necessary to process the requests of the interested party and then deleted, without prejudice to the cases of purchase of the products (against which the data may be kept according to legal obligations) and for defensive needs (which may require further conservation).

NATURE OF THE CONFERMENT OF PERSONAL DATA

With the exception of the navigation data necessary to implement the IT and telematic protocols, the provision of data by users through the various methods made available is free and optional.
