TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED
During their normal operation, the IT systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. PURPOSE AND LEGAL BASIS

Their transfer abroad is not foreseen. Technical and organizational measures are adopted in order to guarantee an adequate level of security and prevent the loss of data, illicit or incorrect use and unauthorized access. The data provided directly by the interested party are kept for the time strictly necessary to process the requests of the interested party and then deleted, without prejudice to the cases of purchase of the products (against which the data may be kept according to legal obligations) and for defensive needs (which may require further conservation).
NATURE OF THE CONFERMENT OF PERSONAL DATA
With the exception of the navigation data necessary to implement the IT and telematic protocols, the provision of data by users through the various methods made available is free and optional. In some cases, however, failure to provide it may make it impossible for the Data Controller to process the requests received.
RECIPIENTS OF THE DATA AND DISCLOSURE
