By the ancients olive trees of Dianella born Dianella extra virgin olive oil, blend of frantoiane, leccine and moraiole, an organic olive oil produced in the traditional way, extremely fine and with an intense flavor. The olives are picked and sorted by hand and crushed strictly within 24 hours of collection. What you get is a typical Tuscan oil: extremely fine but with a strong taste that can enhance the flavors and aromas of our traditional cuisine.
Olive varieties : Frantoiane (70%), Leccine (15%), Moraiole (15%).
Containers: cans of 175 ml – 500 ml – 1000 ml – 5000 ml.
Colour: from green to golden yellow. The colour will change over time.
Nose: fresh olive aromas well blended with artichoke and green leaf aromas.
Taste: fruity and spicy notes with slight bitter aftertaste.
