DELIVERY:

If scheduled delivery is not requested and the recipient is unavailable, after two attempts the goods will be stored in a warehouse; in this case, the Customer will have to pay the delivery cost again as well as storage fees.

PRICES AND PAYMENT METHODS:
Product prices listed in the various sections of this website include VAT. The prices applied are those indicated on the website at the time of the Customer’s order. Product prices may vary and, therefore, the prices shown on the website from time to time cancel and replace those previously indicated.
The price of purchased products, together with the cost of home delivery, must be paid by the Customer at the time of the online order, using PayPal or advance bank transfer. Purchases made through this portal are secure and guaranteed.

Within the limits of availability as described above, Dianella Società Agricola a r.l. guarantees that the products delivered will match those indicated and described on the website. It guarantees compliance with all regulations regarding product storage until delivery to the address indicated in the order. For all sold products, the manufacturer is responsible. For packaged products, the manufacturer is also responsible for the truthfulness and completeness of the information on the packaging. Images on the website are provided to assist the Customer in recognizing the products; due to packaging changes by the manufacturer, photos may not perfectly reflect the appearance of the delivered product.
DELIVERY TERMS:
Once the Customer’s order and payment have been received, Dianella Società Agricola a r.l. arranges pickup with the shipping company. Once collected, the goods are delivered within Italy in 24/48 hours.
Deliveries are always intended to be at street level.
If no appointment is requested, the courier will attempt delivery twice; thereafter, the goods will be stored and subsequently returned to the sender: the Customer will then have to pay the full additional storage and return shipping costs.
ORDER AND SHIPPING STATUS INFORMATION:

For oil cans, dents that do not cause leakage cannot be considered refundable damage.

DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW:

Distance contracts concluded with Dianella Società Agricola a r.l. are governed by Italian law and, for anything not expressly provided for, the relevant legal provisions apply.
